Lee Ann Amend served on one of the two Forum's Public Libraries Committees where she not only helped develop multiple Toolkit entries based on her vast experience serving Veterans at Sharon Public Library in Sharon, MA, she also successfully advocated among her peers to have the Forum's Toolkit on the Massachusetts Libraries Board of Library Commissioners directory of resources page.
