If you'd like to share the word with a list, please add your name next to that list so we don't send it to the same place twice.

Promotional Printable Sheets - Bookmarks & Buttons

Bookmarks

Share a bookmark with your attendees to help spread the word! We have two options available.

In a hurry? Print your own bookmarks!

The PDF file linked below should allow you to print 8 1/2 " x 11", two-sided bookmarks on a standard color printer. Recommend: heavy weight white cardstock, and select print settings; "Fit [to size]", and "Flip on short edge." The dimensions of bookmarks on our laser printer were 2 3/4" x 8 1/2" - we cut to size 4 bookmarks per page using a standard paper cutter. You'll need to send a test print on your printer and your paper cutter, of course.

Have a few weeks before your event? Request pre-printed bookmarks from the Libraries and Veterans National Forum (while supplies last).

Contact Janina Siebert at janina@library.tamu.edu with the number of bookmarks needed, a shipping address, and the date needed and we will mail you a pack of pre-printed bookmarks.

Buttons

Button Notes:

The button sheets listed below were created from American Button Machines' templates. They should also work for most 2.25" or 1.5" button machines.
These sheets printed to exact dimensions on using Adobe Acrobat's print to "Fit" option on our color printer (i.e. the printed circle exactly lined up with our die cut machine). Results may vary.
Alternatively, per American Button Machine's instructions, you could also try selecting the Advanced print feature, "Print as Image" instead of "Fit" to page.
